Tryozi Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Tryozi’s current monthly cards advertise $79 for compounded semaglutide or $129 for compounded tirzepatide as a lifetime enrollment deal, with usual prices of $279 and $379 crossed out. Confirm the amount collected at checkout and the renewal price before enrolling.

The price stays the same across doses. Clinician review, base labs, prescribed medication, shipping and support are included. Separate brand-name Ozempic and Zepbound options are $1,299 and $1,399 monthly. Prepaid plans have different upfront terms; do not confuse them with monthly billing.

Tryozi names its four 503A compounding pharmacies, the kind that prepare each prescription for a named patient: RedRock, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx. It doesn't say in advance which one will fill your order. Care comes from licensed U.S. clinicians, but Tryozi doesn't name them or a medical director. The company is Tryozi Group LLC in Pembroke Pines, Florida.

The eligibility form takes about two minutes and is free. Tryozi's general guide is a BMI of 27 or more, or 25 with a related condition, and new patients must be 18 to 74. A clinician reviews your answers within one to two days. If you're approved, expect your medication in about a week. Treatment starts at the lowest dose and steps up when you're ready.

Tryozi serves all 50 states and Washington, D.C., though it says some services aren't available everywhere.

You're charged for your first month when you finish the intake form. If a provider disqualifies you for a medical reason, you get a full refund. Otherwise, Tryozi's policy is blunt: no refund when you cancel.

You can cancel at any time, but the request has to arrive at least 72 hours before your billing date. Miss that and you're charged again, with the cancellation taking effect the cycle after. On a prepaid plan, canceling early doesn't bring back the unused weeks. Damaged or incorrect medication is replaced by the pharmacy if you contact support with evidence.

• Put your billing date in your calendar, with the 72-hour cutoff marked.
