PepHaūs Review: Price, Pros & Cons

PepHaus sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections, and the price doesn't change when your provider raises your dose. You choose how often you're billed. Paying monthly costs the most, a quarterly plan costs a little less, and a 6-month plan is the lowest monthly rate.

Tirzepatide follows the same three-step pattern at a higher price, with the 6-month plan again the lowest monthly rate. Check the total for the plan length you pick before you pay, because the 6-month figure is charged in one lump sum.

Every plan includes the provider visit, syringes, alcohol swabs, first-dose instructions and free cold-chain shipping. PepHaus says you get a provider check-in every month on the 6-month tirzepatide plan.

The online visit takes about five minutes from your phone. A licensed physician from the Wasef Health Group provider network reads your intake, decides whether treatment is right for you and sets your dose, usually within 24 hours.

Prescriptions are filled by VialsRX, a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy (one that prepares each order for a named patient). PepHaus says every vial ships with a Certificate of Analysis, a lab report on what's in it. PepHaus and VialsRX serve all 50 states and Washington, D.C.

After that, everything runs through the patient portal. You can message your care team, track shipments, change or pause your plan, and add NAD+, sermorelin or glutathione without a second intake.

PepHaus's refund policy is short and specific:

• Cancel any order before it ships from the pharmacy and you get a full refund, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
• If the provider declines to prescribe, any consultation fee and prepaid first month are refunded, and the subscription is canceled.
• Once medication ships, it can't be returned.
• Report damaged or defective medication within 7 days, with photos, for a replacement or refund. Report a lost package within 30 days of the ship date.

You can cancel or pause a subscription at any time from your dashboard. Canceling stops future cycles, but the cycle you're in isn't refunded. If you prepay six months, ask how the months that haven't shipped yet are handled if you stop early.

PepHaus is injections only. There's no brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound and no pill or drop version, and its marketing argues against oral GLP-1s. Its prices on the product listings come with a sign-up discount shown against the monthly rate, so compare the plan you'll actually renew on, not the savings banner.
