Renlo charges $149 a month for compounded semaglutide and $199 a month for compounded tirzepatide, billed monthly, and the price stays the same as your dose goes up. That covers the provider consultation, the medication, injection supplies, free expedited shipping and unlimited messaging with the care team. There's no membership or consultation fee and no insurance billing. HSA and FSA cards may work, depending on your plan.

Renlo shows a higher struck-through price next to each figure without saying when anyone paid it, so treat the monthly price as the real one. A separate public comparison page repeats the $149 semaglutide rate. Older three-month offers should be confirmed before assuming they still apply.

Renlo names both. Medical care is led by Dr. Sean Arora, MD, and prescriptions are filled by VialsRX, a licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy. Renlo itself is a platform, Renlo Health LLC of Scottsdale, Arizona, and the care runs through an affiliated medical practice.

You complete a free online assessment, with no appointment needed, and a licensed U.S. provider reviews it within 12 hours. Renlo says that if you're prescribed, the medication arrives in about two days. Its locations page lists all fifty states and Washington, DC for provider evaluation; a prescription still depends on clinical eligibility.

Renlo advertises "lose weight in 4 months or get a full refund." The refund policy sets out exactly what that takes:

• You must be a first-time member who enrolled directly with Renlo.
• You submit a verified photo of your weight on a scale within 14 days of your first prescription, and a second one around your four-month mark.
• You stay enrolled for four straight months without canceling, pausing or skipping, fill every prescription, and complete every check-in.
• You email a refund request within 14 days after the four-month mark.

You qualify only if you lost less than 2% of your verified starting weight. The refund covers what you paid Renlo for the program in those four months, not shipping or taxes. It's one refund per person and per household.
