What's included
The price covers the telehealth visit, the medication and supplies, and free shipping on every subscription order. After you're approved, you can message your provider about side effects and dose changes, and a support team is available by chat. Refills ship automatically on your plan's schedule.
bmiMD also sells microdose versions of both drugs, plus non-GLP-1 options like metformin and naltrexone-bupropion, on the same account. Everything weight-related is compounded or generic. There's no brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound and no oral GLP-1.
Who prescribes and who fills it
bmiMD doesn't employ the prescribers or run a pharmacy. Its clinicians come from outside networks of U.S.-licensed providers, and approved prescriptions go to a licensed pharmacy that ships to your door. The product pages say the pharmacy's batches are tested for potency, sterility and endotoxins, but they don't name the pharmacy. Ask which one will fill your order if that matters to you.
The semaglutide and tirzepatide programs are offered in all 50 states.
Canceling and refunds
Your card is authorized when you order, but it isn't charged until a provider confirms you're eligible. If you aren't, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
After that, the rules tighten:
- Cancel after your intake form goes out and a $50 cancellation fee applies.
- Once the pharmacy has processed your prescription, there's no refund and no returns.
- Partly used subscription periods aren't refunded, so a prepaid year is a full-year commitment.
- You can pause or cancel the subscription from your account, but not after you've been charged for the next month.
Report any problem with a delivery within 24 hours of receiving it.
