Rylo Health Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Rylo Health sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections. Monthly plans cost $139 for semaglutide and $229 for tirzepatide. The rate stays the same at every dose and every refill, so stepping up from 2.5 mg to 5 mg of tirzepatide doesn't change what you pay. The product pages say there is no membership fee. The terms separately describe a membership charge without publishing its amount, so confirm the full charge before paying. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

Read the billing line, not just the monthly figure. Rylo's lowest advertised rates are billed once every three months, so your card is charged for a full quarter at a time. The quarterly totals are $299 for semaglutide and $479 for tirzepatide, paid up front. Monthly plans let you cancel any month. The tirzepatide rate is higher than semaglutide's.

The price includes the provider visit, the medication, injection supplies restocked each month and shipping. Rylo doesn't take insurance.

Rylo names both of the companies behind your prescription. Clinical care comes from Lone Star Virtual Health PLLC, whose physicians are licensed in all 50 states, subject to each state's telehealth rules. Prescriptions are filled by VialsRX, a 503A compounding pharmacy in Houston, Texas, which makes each order for a named patient.

A U.S. physician reviews your intake, often the same day, and Rylo says your provider adjusts your dose each month based on how you respond. Messages go to Rylo's care team, and it checks in with you monthly. Some formulations and shipping options vary by state.

Once you're approved, the pharmacy ships directly to you. Delivery is free two-day shipping on every order, in insulated packaging with a cold pack. Rylo also sells NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione and a GHK-Cu skin cream on the same account if you want to add them later.

It costs nothing to start, and your payment is fully refundable any time before your first physician consultation. If you're found medically ineligible at intake, those fees are refunded too.

After you're prescribed, refunds depend on where you are in your treatment cycle, and Rylo's terms send you to a separate refund policy for the details. Since the lowest rates are charged by the quarter, ask how much of a quarter comes back if you stop partway through.

Canceling itself is simple. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. One button in your account cancels the plan, and you get a confirmation email, with no call to a retention team.
