Invigor, which now trades as Try Invigor, lists compounded semaglutide (its "GLP-1 Treatments") starting at $225 a month and compounded tirzepatide ("GLP-1 + GIP Treatments") starting at $350 a month. The price includes the doctor consultation and supplies, and Invigor says there are no hidden fees.

Those are starting prices, and Invigor doesn't publish a price for each dose. The monthly cost may change as your dose goes up, so ask for the figure at the dose you're likely to reach before you commit.

Invigor also runs lower-dose "micro-dose" programs for both drugs. They're priced below the standard programs because the doses are smaller. If you're comparing on price, compare the standard program with the standard program, not with a micro-dose plan.

Everything happens online. You pick a treatment, complete an intake, and a licensed U.S. practitioner reviews it and talks through your plan with you. If you're prescribed, the medication and supplies ship discreetly to your door, and Invigor's medical staff stay available for questions and dose changes.

Invigor says it's licensed in all 50 states. Its medication comes from a group of partner compounding pharmacies, which it lists by name, but it doesn't tell you in advance which one will fill your order. It says each lot is quality-checked by a third-party lab for things like sterility and endotoxins.

The company behind the brand is Ikon Health LLC. Invigor's clinical policy says it treats goals like weight and body composition only when they're tied to a recognized medical condition, so expect the intake to ask about your health history, not just your goals.

Invigor's refund rules are short and strict. A new order has to be canceled before the prescription goes into the practitioner's queue. Once it's in the queue, Invigor won't refund it. Subscriptions have to be canceled at least seven days before the renewal date. If you get a renewal notice and want to stop that order, Invigor's terms say to call its support line rather than email. If something is wrong with an order when it arrives, you have 48 hours to file a claim.

Invigor describes its plans as flexible with no long-term commitment, but the seven-day renewal cutoff is easy to miss. Set a reminder if you plan to stop.
