WeighLab is a research and cost-modeling resource. Everything published here — articles, provider reviews, the Cost-Efficiency Index, and the calculators — exists to help you understand how GLP-1 programs are priced and structured. It is educational material, and it is written for a general audience rather than for any one reader's circumstances.

This material is educational and is not medical advice.

Nothing on WeighLab is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a course of treatment, and none of it is a substitute for the judgment of a professional who has examined you. The content describes how a market works; it does not evaluate whether a given medication, dose, or provider is appropriate for your body, your history, or your goals. Only a clinician who can review your full picture is positioned to make that call.

Reading this site does not create a clinician–patient relationship.

Using WeighLab, contacting us, or following a link to a provider does not establish a clinician–patient relationship of any kind. We do not practice medicine, we do not prescribe, and we do not manage anyone's care. Any clinical relationship is formed directly between you and a licensed provider, under that provider's own terms.

Talk to a licensed clinician before you change anything.

Consult a physician, pharmacist, or other qualified professional before starting, stopping, or adjusting any medication or treatment, and before acting on anything you read here. GLP-1 medications carry contraindications, potential interactions, and side effects that depend on your individual health, and those considerations sit outside the scope of what a research site can assess.

Individual results vary.

Outcomes with weight-management medication differ from person to person and depend on factors we cannot observe or predict. Any figures, ranges, or examples discussed on this site describe general patterns and should not be read as a forecast of what you personally will experience in weight change, cost, or tolerability.

In a medical emergency, call 911.

If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number, or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not delay seeking care because of something you read on this site, and do not rely on WeighLab for urgent medical questions.

Compounded GLP-1 medications are not FDA-approved finished drugs.

Some providers discussed here dispense compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved finished drug products, and they are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality the way branded products such as Wegovy, Ozempic, and Zepbound are. A compounded formulation can differ from its branded counterpart in ingredients, concentration, and delivery. Whether a compounded product is suitable for you is a clinical decision that belongs to your prescriber, made with knowledge of your history.

Calculator outputs are illustrative estimates, not clinical guidance.

The calculators model figures from each provider's published pricing at the time of review and return illustrative estimates for comparison only. They are not quotes, and they do not account for your insurance, eligibility, dosing schedule, or clinical situation. Treat every number as a starting point for a conversation with a clinician or provider, not as guidance about what you should take or spend.

Provider information is not an endorsement, and accuracy is not guaranteed.

References to third parties — providers, pharmacies, manufacturers, or their products — are descriptive and do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty of any provider or medication. Provider facts change frequently, and while we work to keep our reviews current, we do not guarantee that any information here is complete, accurate, or up to date. Confirm current pricing, availability, and terms on a provider's own site before you decide. Questions can go to hello@weighlab.com.
