What FMmeds charges
FMmeds sells compounded semaglutide from $95 a month and compounded tirzepatide from $145 a month. Its FAQ says that price covers the physician review, your treatment plan, an online clinician visit and the medication shipped to your door, and that it doesn't go up as your dose increases. Shipping is free.
FMmeds bills it as a weight management membership on a 28-day cycle, so a year means 13 charges, not 12. It takes cash only, through major credit cards, and doesn't bill insurance. A buy-now-pay-later option is offered at checkout.

What you get
Both drugs are compounded with vitamin B12 and prepared by Manifest Pharmacy, a licensed compounding pharmacy. FMmeds doesn't make the medication and says the vial you get may look different from the photos.
The process is a short eligibility check, then a member portal where you complete the health intake. A licensed clinician in your state reviews it. The clinicians come from independently owned medical groups, White Label MD LLC and the WLMD Network. FMmeds runs the platform and handles coordination.
Approved orders are processed within 24 hours, and FMmeds estimates delivery at one to five business days after approval. If you were prescribed a GLP-1 by another company and your last injection was no more than two weeks ago, a clinician may start you at an equivalent dose. FMmeds says it serves all 50 states and Washington, DC.
Refunds and the 14-day window
FMmeds' terms give you three protections:
- Not approved. If your provider decides treatment isn't appropriate, your membership fee for that period is refunded in full.
- Canceling midcycle. If you cancel before the end of a 28-day cycle, you get a prorated refund for the unused days.
- A 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase.
The limit is the medication. Once it ships, it can't be returned or refunded. If it arrives damaged, defective or different from what was prescribed, contact support within 72 hours and FMmeds will arrange a replacement or refund that shipment. Approved refunds reach your card in seven to ten business days.
Before you sign up
- FMmeds is compounded only. There's no brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound option.
- Clinical questions go through the member portal. Support handles everything else by phone and email.
