OrderlyMeds' starter price and what follows it
OrderlyMeds' headline is compounded semaglutide at $74 a month. That's a two-month starter program, paid upfront as $149 for both months, and it's open only to people new to GLP-1s who are starting on the lowest dose. After the starter, semaglutide is $149 a month.
Compounded tirzepatide's standing rate is $299 a month. New patients can get a two-month tirzepatide starter at a lower rate too, on the same terms: paid upfront, lowest dose only.

OrderlyMeds says the compounded price doesn't rise with your dose. There's no membership fee, and the price covers the provider visit, the medication, syringes, alcohol pads and shipping. It doesn't take insurance or CareCredit, but HSA and FSA cards work.

From intake to your door
You pick a product and plan, fill in a health screening and pay, all before a provider looks at your case. If you're not approved, OrderlyMeds says it refunds you in full. The consult itself happens by chat in the patient portal. If you live in Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Kansas or West Virginia, state law means a live video visit instead.
General eligibility is 18 or older, a BMI over 25 if you're new to GLP-1s, or over 20 if you're already taking one. No bloodwork is required to start. A provider usually replies within 24 to 48 hours.
The FAQ puts delivery at about 8 to 10 business days from sign-up, and orders can't be expedited. OrderlyMeds names its compounding pharmacies: PerfectRx, ProRx, Casa, Pharmacy Hub and SmartPharmaRx, all 503A pharmacies that mix each prescription for a named patient.
Refills and canceling
There's no subscription. You're charged when you check in for a refill, and reminders go out 15 days ahead. At check-in you report how you're doing and ask to stay at your dose or go up, and a new prescription goes to the pharmacy.
Canceling has a tight window. You can cancel only until the provider finalizes your prescription. After that, the order can't be canceled. Multi-month plans can't be canceled at all once bought. If a package goes missing, you file a claim with UPS or FedEx and send OrderlyMeds the claim number so the pharmacy can replace it.
Things to weigh
- The starter is a one-time deal. Budget for $149 a month on semaglutide from month three.
- Extras come bundled. Customers get a free month of BetterHelp therapy, a fitness and nutrition app, dietitian meal plans and a member Facebook group.
