Gimme's prices
Gimme sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections on two billing cycles. The three-month plan is the cheaper one, and it's billed every three months.

The price includes the medication, physician care, support, shipping and every injection supply. There's no membership fee and no insurance billing. Gimme doesn't publish a dose-by-dose price list, and it doesn't say the price rises as your dose does, so ask support to confirm your rate holds at higher doses.
It also sells an anti-nausea prescription, ondansetron, and a set of wellness injections (NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione, B12) under the same account.

How quickly it moves
You fill out an online questionnaire, and a licensed U.S. provider reviews it. In most states that's enough, and you can still ask for a video visit through the portal. In Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico and West Virginia, a short video or audio visit is required before you start. Gimme serves all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
If you're already on a GLP-1, you can ask to continue at your current dose. Gimme says medication usually ships within five to seven business days of approval, by two-day air, cold-packed with ice packs and in plain packaging. It won't ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Refills go out every 28 days after a short check-in, so a "month" here is four weeks. You track refills and shipments, message your provider and weigh in through the online portal.
Canceling and refunds
Plans renew automatically at the same frequency you picked. You can pause or cancel in the portal at any time. If you go through customer service instead, ask at least three business days before your renewal date.
An order can be canceled for a full refund only before the pharmacy dispenses or ships it, so email support right away if you change your mind. After that, the sale is final. Other refund requests are reviewed case by case and aren't guaranteed.
If your medication arrives damaged or defective, email photos within 48 hours of delivery and Gimme will send a replacement. Wrong items are replaced at no cost.
