Rewinding RX Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Rewinding RX sells compounded semaglutide for $139 a month and compounded tirzepatide for $189 a month. Both are flat prices. The dose list on each product runs from the starting dose up to the top of the ladder, and the price doesn't move as you climb it. There's no membership fee, no cancellation fee, and express shipping is free. You don't need insurance, and Rewinding doesn't bill it.

The monthly price covers the medication, the physician's review, dose guidance and messaging with your care team. Rewinding also mentions nutrition, movement and habit support built around the program, but says you'll hear more about that after you enroll.

The weight-management shelf holds several products with similar names, and they aren't priced the same. Besides the standard weekly injections, Rewinding sells lower-dose "microdose" versions of both drugs, sublingual drops of each that you hold under the tongue, and a tirzepatide formula combined with NAD+ at a higher monthly price.

The microdose products are aimed at appetite and food noise, not the full dose ladder. If you want ordinary weight-loss treatment, make sure the item in your cart is "Rewind Semaglutide" or "Rewind Tirzepatide" before you pay. The sublingual drops cost $139 for semaglutide or $169 for tirzepatide. Compounded oral products are not FDA-approved alternatives to the approved injections.

Rewinding asks you to choose a medication and pay online first. Then you complete a medical questionnaire, and a licensed physician reviews it and decides whether to prescribe. Rewinding says every case is reviewed by an MD, never a physician assistant or nurse, and that you're matched to a physician licensed in your state from a network of more than 85. It doesn't name a medical director.

If you're approved, the prescription goes to a partner compounding pharmacy and ships to your door. Rewinding says its pharmacies are 503A facilities (licensed by state pharmacy boards to mix each prescription for a named patient) or 503B facilities registered with the FDA, but it doesn't name them. Ask which one fills yours. The company says it serves all 50 states.

The GLP-1 plans renew automatically and charge your card each month until you cancel. Rewinding's terms say your first renewal may be charged early, and that shipments can be charged and sent up to five days early around holidays. Plan your cancellation with that in mind.

Prescription medication can't be returned, and Rewinding doesn't refund unopened or unused medication. Partly used subscription periods aren't refunded either, though the terms leave room for case-by-case exceptions. If a product arrives defective or wrong, report it through the portal chat within seven days and Rewinding will send a replacement at no cost. Overcharges are handled case by case.

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved.
