How HealthiCare prices treatment
HealthiCare, the telehealth arm of the Healthi weight-loss app, sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide at the same price at every dose. You choose between two billing options for each:
- Monthly plan: billed every month.
- Three-month plan: billed every three months, about 15% less per month than paying monthly.
There's no membership fee, and you can cancel any time.
The useful detail is the receipt. Each plan's price is broken into line items: the medication, the clinical consultation, prescription preparation, shipping and handling, the telehealth platform, and a HealthiCare service fee. Brand-name options
HealthiCare also offers brand-name drugs. For the Wegovy pill, the first two months at the 1.5 mg and 4 mg starter doses are $268.68 a month, and the 9 mg and 25 mg maintenance doses are $448.79 a month, itemized the same way. The pill is the only brand-name option on its site now; it no longer lists brand-name injections.
How it works
You answer a health questionnaire that takes about ten minutes, with no in-person visit. A licensed clinician reviews it, usually within 24 hours, and decides whether treatment is right for you. If you're approved, a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy prepares the medication and ships it to you. HealthiCare says treatment can start within about three days.
Its shipping policy is less brisk. Orders are processed in two to three business days, and shipping can take 4 to 12 business days depending on demand. You'll get a tracking number by email. Plan for that gap before your first dose or a refill.
After that, your clinician is available for dose changes and check-ins, and you get unlimited clinical and coaching support plus the Healthi app's community.
Before you sign up
- HealthiCare's refund policy page currently shows no policy text. Ask support how refunds and cancellations work, and get the answer in writing, before you prepay three months.
- If a package arrives damaged, HealthiCare tells you to file a claim with the carrier, so keep the box and packaging.
- Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide aren't FDA-approved.
