Heros Health Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Heros Health is a men's health brand that also runs a GLP-1 program for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. It publishes flat monthly plans with clinician support and shipping included.

The monthly plan is $149 for semaglutide and $198 for tirzepatide. Three-month bundles cost $387 and $534 up front, respectively, for lower monthly equivalents. Compare the total due with monthly billing before choosing a bundle. Heros also offers a buy-now, pay-later option.

You start with a 60-second eligibility quiz, and no card is needed for that. A licensed clinician reviews your intake within 24 hours. Heros says prescriptions are reviewed and signed by board-certified U.S. physicians in its partner clinical network, and it names three of them: Dr. Amber Patel, Dr. Scott Sanderson and Dr. Scott Nass.

If you're approved, the medication ships free in discreet packaging in two to four days from a 503A pharmacy, meaning one that compounds each order for a named patient. Follow-ups are built in for dose titration, side effects and progress check-ins, and you can message your clinician directly if you need to slow the schedule.

Dispensed compounded medication is non-refundable. Report a damaged shipment, an undelivered order or a billing error to support promptly.

The marketing and the terms also read differently on fees. The FAQ says your card is charged only if you're medically approved. The terms say consultation fees aren't refundable once a provider has reviewed your intake, whether or not you get a prescription. Ask which applies at checkout. Other refunds are at Heros' discretion, and you have to request one within 7 days of the problem.

Subscriptions are charged in advance and renew on their own. You can cancel in your account or by email, but you have to do it at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep your current plan through the end of the period you've paid for.

Heros also warns that filing a chargeback instead of going through its refund process can get your account suspended, so contact support first if something goes wrong.
