Found sells its plans two ways. With insurance, you see a Found clinician by video and each visit is billed to your plan at your copay, which Found says is usually about $30. With cash pay, care happens mostly by text and there's no copay. Either way, the compounded medication is included in the plan price and the price doesn't change with your dose.

Plans come in one-, three-, six- and twelve-month terms. The longer the term, the lower the monthly price. Every price below is charged per 28-day cycle, so a year is 13 charges, not 12.

The $99 you'll see in Found's ads is the insured twelve-month rate. New members on a one-month plan also get a first-month discount, so insured semaglutide starts at $99 for the first cycle and then goes to $199.

You start with a short health assessment, and a board-certified Found clinician reviews it within one to two days. If you're approved, a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy (one that mixes each prescription for a named patient) prepares the medication and ships it free. Found says every batch is tested by a third party for potency, purity and sterility. Its compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide come with B12 or glycine added.

You check in with your clinician each month for your refill. In between you get a personal care plan, habit coaching, a member community and Found's AI assistant, Aimee. You can switch plans through support at any time.

Found's clinicians can also prescribe Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, Mounjaro and the Foundayo pill. Those sit on a separate branded plan, which is $89 a month with insurance or $149 a month cash, and the drug itself is billed on top. The insurance track isn't open to people on Medicare, Medicaid, TriCare or other government plans, and Found's insurance plans are accepted in only some states, so check yours in its state selector.

Found refunds your membership fee in full if you cancel within three days of buying or before your first medical consultation. You also get a full refund if a clinician finds you aren't eligible for any of its treatments. If you're ruled out only for the drug you wanted but can take something else, that doesn't qualify.

Medication and lab kits can't be returned once they ship. Copays aren't refundable, and neither are renewal payments, so cancel or pause at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
