Lozenge or injection
The lozenge is the needle-free choice. You let it dissolve in your mouth once a day rather than swallow it, and the semaglutide version includes vitamin B6. The injection is a once-weekly shot from a monthly vial. For semaglutide the lozenge costs less than the injection. For tirzepatide it's the other way around.
How the visit works
You answer a medical questionnaire, and a U.S. board-certified physician reviews it and decides whether to prescribe. The visit is free, and so are follow-ups. Strut doesn't name the physicians it works with.
Some states don't require a phone consultation, so you may be approved without ever talking to the prescriber. You can message physicians through your account at any time, and support can set up a call or video chat if you want one.
Shipping, canceling and refunds
Strut ships to every state except Arkansas. Medication goes straight to you from the pharmacy, usually in about two business days. Most first orders go by two-day express, refills by USPS, and nobody needs to sign. Next-day delivery isn't offered.
You can cancel, pause, delay or change the frequency of your subscription yourself. Do it at least 48 hours before the next order processes. Once medication leaves the pharmacy it can't be returned or refunded, and a cancellation that arrives after the pharmacy has processed the order won't be refunded either. Damaged or defective items are replaced if you report them within two weeks of delivery.
