Compounded, oral or brand-name
RxSpan MD keeps several routes on one account. You can choose compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide as a weekly injection or as a daily capsule, a microdose plan, or brand-name Ozempic, Wegovy or Zepbound. The compounded versions include vitamin B12.
The capsules cost about the same per month as the injections at the monthly rate. The brand-name drugs are priced as cash: Zepbound is $1,069 for the first month, Ozempic $1,299 and Wegovy $1,349. None of those reflect insurance. That lets you see the compounded and brand-name prices side by side before you start an intake.

Things to check before you sign up
RxSpan MD says you can cancel or change plans anytime, but it doesn't publish a refund policy for a prepaid plan you stop early. Ask how unused months are handled before you buy three, six or twelve months at once. Also ask which of the four pharmacies will fill your order, since the company doesn't say how it assigns them.
