TRYM Health Review: Price, Pros & Cons

TRYM Health charges $150 a month for compounded semaglutide or $180 for compounded tirzepatide on its month-to-month plans. It also quotes its lowest prepaid prices by the day. Compounded semaglutide is advertised from $3.20 a day, which is about $96 a month, and compounded tirzepatide from $4.20 a day, about $126 a month. Those are the lowest rates, and they're tied to a 12-month commitment. Shorter plans cost more per day, so look at the total for the plan length you pick, not just the daily figure.

The price is the same at every dose. Each plan comes as multi-dose vials meant to cover the full dose range, from 0.25 mg up to 2.5 mg a week for semaglutide and from 2.5 mg up to 15 mg a week for tirzepatide. TRYM says its formulas are compounded without additives. There are no membership or sign-up fees, shipping is free, and plans are FSA and HSA eligible. It doesn't take insurance, and it accepts debit and credit cards only.

You can buy in two ways. A subscription bills on a schedule until you cancel. A "boost" plan is a one-time payment for three months of medication that never renews on its own, so you either buy another or move to a subscription when it ends. TRYM usually ships a three-month supply at once, so a late or lost package doesn't stall your dosing.

First orders take about a week to arrive, because they go through a manual review. TRYM ships Monday through Wednesday, overnight, in an insulated container, and no signature is needed. Refills come faster.

TRYM describes itself as a subscription management platform and says it doesn't provide medical or pharmacy services itself. You register in about two minutes and fill out an intake. Once you're on a plan, TRYM matches you with a partner provider for review, without a scheduled appointment. If you fail review, your order is canceled and refunded. TRYM doesn't name its providers or the pharmacy that fills your vials, so ask.

Support works weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. by text, email or contact form. Its FAQ says it doesn't serve customers outside the continental U.S., so check your state when you register.

New customers get a no-questions-asked refund for any reason within seven days of submitting their first order. After that, you can cancel a subscription any time from the Subscriptions tab in your dashboard, with no contract and no cancellation fee. You can also ask support to pause charges and refills before your next billing date.

Once an order ships, the sale is final, though TRYM says it will consider a refund case by case. Returned medication is thrown away, not restocked.
