ElitePhysiqMD Review: Price, Pros & Cons

ElitePhysiqMD's weight-loss pricing has two parts. The first is a membership: $39 to activate, then $89 a month, which covers your provider visits and shipping. The second is the medication itself, compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, priced separately.

The headline on the weight-loss page says $145 a month, and right under it, "plus $89/month membership." The individual product cards on the same page show higher figures for each drug, with tirzepatide above semaglutide, and a small discount if you subscribe instead of buying one order at a time. Add the membership to whichever drug price your physician recommends to get your real monthly cost, and confirm it before checkout.

Without a membership, a physician video visit costs $49. Members pay nothing for it. The program is HSA and FSA eligible and doesn't use insurance.

ElitePhysiqMD doesn't prescribe from a questionnaire alone. You complete a three-minute online assessment, then meet a board-certified physician on a live video visit. The physician reviews your history and recommends semaglutide or tirzepatide if treatment is appropriate. ElitePhysiqMD says the average wait to reach a physician on video is about 30 seconds.

Its medical director, Dr. Hridayesh Nat, is a board-certified internist with more than 25 years of clinical experience. Medication is prepared by state-licensed 503A or 503B compounding pharmacies, which aren't named, and ships in plain packaging, typically within 24 hours of approval. ElitePhysiqMD says it serves all 50 states.

You can pause, adjust or cancel your plan from your account. The membership terms are firm on money already paid, though. Transactions are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for a partly used membership month. After you cancel, your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.

The same account sells testosterone therapy, ED treatment, hair restoration, peptides such as sermorelin and NAD+, and supplements.

• Price your drug, not the headline. The $145 figure and the product-card prices differ, and the membership is extra.
• Watch the timer. A countdown banner offers free shipping on your first order. It's a nice-to-have, not a reason to rush.
