What BloomWell Rx charges
BloomWell Rx sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide (it calls them Personalized GLP-1 and Personalized GLP-1/GIP) as one-month or three-month plans. The starting prices:

These are "starts at" figures, so the price can rise with your dose. The first visit is free, and BloomWell doesn't take insurance. Its FAQ says you're billed when your medication ships, not when you sign up.
Refills aren't automatic. Each month you get a notice to renew, your provider reviews your information, and you're only charged if you choose to continue and pay. That means you can stop simply by not renewing.

Who prescribes and who fills it
You take an online assessment, upload a photo ID and a selfie for identity checks, and a doctor reviews your answers. BloomWell is a patient management platform, not a medical practice. Its prescribers come from an outside physician network, and its compounded medication is filled by an outside pharmacy. Its FAQ names Beluga Health as the physician network and DiRx Health as the pharmacy partner. Separate $149 consultations for brand-name Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo exclude medication costs. Treatment is for adults 18 and older.
Orders ship with tracking and no signature required. BloomWell says it doesn't ship refrigerated products, so check the storage directions on your label when it arrives. If a package is lost in transit, BloomWell will reship it.
Returns, and things to check
Prescription medication can't be returned once it's dispensed. After your card is charged and the package is with the carrier, the sale is final. The FAQ now says an order cannot be canceled or changed once submitted because processing starts immediately. Confirm any address or payment changes before placing the order.
