Who Care Clinics may suit
Shoppers who want a fixed program price, paid once, with medication and the visit included.
Where the value is
- Corporate entity (Care Clinics PLLC) and a named 503A pharmacy (Partell Pharmacy) disclosed
- LegitScript certified
- Explicit 31-state list published in the FAQ, not vague 'most states' language
- Klarna financing available
The tradeoffs
- These are fixed programs, not monthly plans: semaglutide is $259 for 7 weeks, so the monthly figure here is an equivalent, not a charge
- The homepage shows lower tirzepatide figures ($299 for 4 weeks, $349 for 3 months) than the tirzepatide page ($329 and $399), so check the price in the booking portal
- No named prescriber or medical director — only generic 'our healthcare provider' language
- Extended fixed-dose plans ($399 for semaglutide, $499-$599 for tirzepatide, 8 to 18 weeks) make the price list hard to compare against flat-rate competitors
Programs, not monthly subscriptions
Care Clinics, based in Texas, sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as fixed programs: one consultation, a set supply of medication on a set dosing schedule, and free shipping, for one price. You aren't billed every month.
The starting programs:
| Program | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Semaglutide, 7 weeks | $259 | One vial on the beginner schedule, starting at 0.5 mg |
| Semaglutide, 3 months | $299 | 12 weeks rising from 0.5 mg to 1.7 mg |
| Tirzepatide, 4 weeks | $329 | One month starting at 2.5 mg |
| Tirzepatide, 3 months | $399 | 12 weeks rising from 2.5 mg to 7.5 mg |
Care Clinics doesn't show every figure the same way everywhere on its site, so check the price in the booking portal before you pay. California residents pay more, $329 for the seven-week semaglutide program, because few pharmacies can ship compounded semaglutide into the state.
For people already on higher doses, Care Clinics sells extended plans at a fixed dose: semaglutide from 1.5 mg to 2.5 mg a week for $399, and tirzepatide from 7.5 mg to 15 mg for $499 to $599, each covering eight to eighteen weeks depending on the dose.
Considering Care Clinics?
Check the plan total, billing period and cancellation terms before you enroll. A clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate.
How it works
You book a telehealth appointment online with a $40 deposit, which counts toward your program price. There's no separate consultation fee. The visit is a live audio-video call with a Care Clinics provider, who sets your plan. At the end of a three-month program you have a follow-up visit to decide whether to continue.
Prescriptions go to 503A compounding pharmacies, which mix each prescription for a named patient, such as Partell Pharmacy. Shipping takes three to five business days by UPS or FedEx, though the FAQ also mentions up to ten. Syringes, alcohol pads and a dosing schedule come in the box. Klarna is available to split the cost. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Where it's available, and what to ask
Care Clinics serves a list of states printed in its FAQ, including Texas, Alabama, Georgia, Arkansas and California. Select yours when booking.
There's no published refund policy for programs. Ask what happens to your money if the provider doesn't prescribe after you've paid the deposit, and whether an unused program can be canceled before it ships. To cancel an appointment, call or email the clinic.

Tirzepatide modeled $179/mo
Every dose at one published price, with the whole price list visible before you hand over an email — but the only terms it sells on are a yearly subscription at $179 or a three-month plan at $199, so there is no monthly number here to compare with anyone else's.
