How NexLife prices its plans
NexLife sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections at one price per drug, the same at every dose. The monthly plan is the most expensive way to buy. Three-, six- and twelve-month plans each lower the monthly rate a little more, and NexLife shows the savings next to each one. Tirzepatide costs more than semaglutide on every plan length. NexLife's prices have dropped recently, so confirm the figure for your drug and plan at checkout.
The longer plans start only if you're actually prescribed. If treatment stops partway, NexLife refunds the months that haven't shipped. Any authorization charge on your card is refunded in full if you're not prescribed or decide not to go ahead.
The price includes free expedited shipping, a GLP-1-focused nutrition plan and a one-on-one call with a wellness coach. There's no membership fee. NexLife accepts FSA and HSA cards for eligible portions, and Klarna and Afterpay for spreading payments.

Who prescribes
Only physicians with NexLife Medical Group, an affiliated practice of MDs and DOs licensed in your state, prescribe. NexLife itself is a care-coordination platform and doesn't make or dispense medication. Depending on your state and the physician, your evaluation happens by live video or by review of your online answers. You can also book a free 20-minute call with the care team before starting.
Prescriptions go to LegitScript-certified compounding pharmacies accredited by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. NexLife doesn't name them. Customer support answers around the clock, and physicians reply during clinical hours. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Canceling takes 30 days
Plans renew until you cancel. To cancel, you call, text, email or message NexLife, and it sends you a cancellation link. Cancellation takes effect after 30 days, so expect to be charged for one more shipment unless a physician approves stopping sooner for medical reasons.
Shipped or dispensed medication can't be refunded. On three-, six- and twelve-month plans, unshipped months are refunded. NexLife doesn't publish a list of the states it serves, so check yours during the assessment.
