What Willow charges
Willow's prices are simple to read. Compounded semaglutide is $299 a month and compounded tirzepatide is $399 a month. The tablet and injection versions of each drug cost the same. Billing is monthly, with no prepay or annual term needed for that rate.

The monthly price covers the medication, the medical evaluation, unlimited messaging with your Willow doctor, 24/7 support from the care team and free two-day shipping. Willow takes HSA and FSA cards at checkout.
One line in its FAQ is worth noting. It says medication costs "vary by dosage and prescription," without saying what a higher dose costs. Ask before you move up a step. You can use your own pharmacy instead of Willow's, but then a platform fee applies and you pay for the medication yourself.

Tablets or injections
Willow sells both drugs as tablets as well as injections. The tablets dissolve under the tongue once a day. The injections are once a week. Your doctor helps you choose, and you can raise it if needles are the sticking point.
Willow doesn't accept people with diabetes. People with prediabetes or high blood pressure can join.
Who prescribes and who fills it
Willow names its doctors. Dr. Michael Green, MD, is Chief Medical Officer, and a dozen other MDs and DOs are listed on its physicians page. You'll usually stay with the same doctor. You'll also need to upload a government photo ID.
Prescriptions go to Willow's partner pharmacies, which aren't named. Processing takes 2 to 4 business days, then 2 to 3 days by FedEx or UPS.
Willow serves a set list of states, printed in its FAQ. Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Utah and several others aren't on it, so check yours before you start.
Renewals, canceling and refunds
The program renews automatically each month. To cancel, message the patient care team at least two business days before your next processing date; later requests roll to the following cycle. If you cancel before your prescription is sent to the pharmacy, you get a full refund within 5 to 10 business days.
If a package is lost, or delayed long enough to sit at unsafe temperatures, Willow arranges a replacement.
