Green Cap Health sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide on three plan lengths, and the price is the same at every dose. Each plan is billed monthly, so a longer commitment lowers the monthly rate without a large charge up front.

Optional semaglutide prepayments are $429 for three months or $699 for six; tirzepatide prepayments are $629 and $999. Medication still ships monthly. A first-month discount code on the site takes half off the month-to-month price, after which the full rate applies.
The plan price covers the medication, free refrigerated shipping, a monthly one-on-one provider call, biweekly check-ins, and a nutrition guide with a meal plan. There's no separate membership fee. Green Cap doesn't bill insurance, but it will give you an itemized receipt to submit yourself.

Texas residents only
Green Cap is a Texas telehealth company based in Sugar Land. To be treated you must be 18 or older, physically in Texas at every consultation, and have a Texas shipping address. If you live anywhere else, it can't treat you.
The first consultation is free. You complete an online intake, and a Texas-licensed physician, nurse practitioner or clinical pharmacist reviews it. The site names two of its clinicians, a family nurse practitioner and a pharmacist. Your provider may ask for labs, and Green Cap offers a one-time panel at a lab near you.
The pharmacy and the testing
Prescriptions are filled by state-licensed compounding pharmacy partners, which Green Cap doesn't name. It says it requires those pharmacies to run third-party tests on every batch for potency, sterility, pH and endotoxins, and that the reports are available if you ask. Approved prescriptions usually ship within one to two business days in plain packaging. Portal messages get a reply within 48 hours during Central Time business hours.
Canceling and refunds
You can cancel from the patient portal, by email or by phone. Do it at least 48 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep access through the period you've already paid for.
If you cancel before your prescription goes to the pharmacy, Green Cap will review your order for a refund, and it says the same if a provider decides treatment isn't right for you. Once medication is dispensed, Texas pharmacy rules mean it can't be returned. Completed consultation fees aren't refunded either. A damaged or wrong order is replaced or refunded if you send photos within seven days.
Green Cap also sells NAD+ injections as an add-on, plus hair, skin and sexual health treatments.
