One-time purchases, not a subscription
HealthHub doesn't sign you up for a subscription. Each purchase is a four-week supply, and the price covers the consultation, the medication, injection supplies and shipping. When you need more, you reorder, so there's nothing to cancel if you decide to stop.
Its semaglutide page lists the injection at $99 for the first four weeks, and its tirzepatide page lists the injection at $199 for the first month. Each covers a starter dose, an injection kit and provider guidance. HealthHub also sells needle-free versions: an oral dissolving tablet of semaglutide for $149 and of tirzepatide for $199, plus a semaglutide sublingual liquid.
Two cautions on price. Both injection listings describe a starter plan, and HealthHub doesn't publish what later months cost as your dose goes up. And its main weight-loss page lists the injections at a higher price than the product pages do. HealthHub says you'll see a clear total before checkout, so check that figure, and ask what your second and third refills will cost.

Choose a video visit or a written review
The intake is a short online form about your health history, current medications and goals. You can then pick how you're seen: an asynchronous review, where a board-certified provider reads your answers and replies in writing, or a live video or phone visit. If you're approved, the provider sends a treatment plan through secure messaging. Some patients are asked for recent labs.
After you start, the team checks in regularly to review progress and adjust your dose. Your provider can also help you switch between semaglutide and tirzepatide. Support is through the patient portal and email, with replies on business days.
Who fills the prescription
HealthHub's homepage says prescriptions are compounded and shipped from its own in-house licensed pharmacy. Its semaglutide FAQ, though, names six outside pharmacies: AnazaoHealth in Tampa, Florida, Tailor Made Compounding, Redrock Pharmacy, Professional Arts, Perfect RX and Vios Compounding Pharmacy. Ask which one will prepare yours. Orders ship in discreet packaging with tracking.
Things to check before you order
- Your state. HealthHub says it's licensed in 46 states but doesn't list which ones. Confirm yours during intake.
- The refill price. Get the cost of later months in writing before you start, since the advertised prices cover the first four weeks.
- Refunds. If you've booked a live visit, cancel at least 24 hours ahead to be eligible for a refund, which takes five to ten business days. A missed visit forfeits the fee. Once a prescription is approved and the medication has shipped, there are no refunds.
- What's in the dose. Ask whether your compounded medication includes any additives.
