Corsica's prices, by plan length
Corsica Health sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide in two plan lengths, and it shows both before you start an intake.

The $149 and $249 figures on the homepage are the three-month rates, so you pay three months at once to get them. The site also runs a 25% discount code at checkout. Ask what your renewal costs once the code no longer applies.
Corsica describes these as starting prices. It doesn't publish a price for each dose, so ask whether your price changes as your dose goes up.

What the subscription covers
Corsica says every plan includes the provider consultation, personalized care, ongoing monitoring, access to its care team and free, discreet shipping. There's no insurance billing.
You take an online assessment about your health, goals and habits. A licensed provider reviews it, usually within 24 hours, and decides whether treatment fits. Corsica says the package arrives in one to three days after approval. All provider contact happens online through your portal, with check-ins as needed rather than on a fixed schedule. The provider network behind Corsica is TelegraMD, which checks each provider's credentials.
Checkout comes before the medical questionnaire. Corsica says your card is only charged if a provider approves you.
Brand-name pills, billed elsewhere
Corsica also offers prescription-only plans for the Foundayo pill and the Wegovy pill. With these, Corsica's fee covers the visit and the prescription. The medication itself is sent through the drugmaker's own pharmacy program (LillyDirect for Foundayo, NovoCare for Wegovy), and you pay them directly. The Foundayo visit fee starts at $33 a month on a three-month plan.
Canceling, pausing and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time without a penalty, and you can pause it if you tell your care team ahead of the next shipment. Corsica's FAQ mentions a satisfaction guarantee for the first month, but doesn't spell out its terms. After a shipment goes out, products are generally non-refundable.
The terms are stricter. They say consult fees can't be refunded, prescription products can't be returned and all sales are final. Ask support how the first-month guarantee works before you rely on it.
Before you sign up
- Your state. Corsica doesn't publish a full state list. Its FAQ says its sublingual forms aren't available in South Carolina, Alabama or Arkansas.
- The pharmacy. Corsica doesn't name the compounding pharmacy that fills its injections. Ask.
- The renewal price after any discount code.
