What RENN Health charges
RENN Health advertises semaglutide "as low as $149 a month" and tirzepatide "as low as $199 a month." Treat both as entry figures, not the price of a typical month. Its About page lists ongoing program rates of $249 for semaglutide and $299 for tirzepatide alongside those lower figures. RENN's own program list shows a separate, higher "ongoing program rate" beside each one, and nothing explains which plan or how many months the lower figure applies to.
The homepage also mentions three- and six-month bundles with "stack discounts" and promises no hidden fees. Before you enroll, ask for the month-to-month price of your medication in writing, along with the price of each bundle.

Who prescribes and who fills it
RENN is a fully virtual practice, and every program starts with a video consultation. A licensed U.S. provider reviews your history and decides whether a GLP-1 is appropriate. If you're approved, you get a dosing plan, and the medication ships from a licensed pharmacy.
Its FAQ names the pharmacies it works with, among them Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts, Casa Pharma Rx, The Pharmacy Hub and Foothills Pharmacy. It doesn't say which one will fill your prescription. RENN's marketing pages also don't say whether its semaglutide and tirzepatide are compounded, so ask that directly. Compounded versions are not FDA-approved the way Wegovy and Zepbound are.
How the program runs
After the first consultation, providers track your progress and adjust your dose through virtual check-ins, and RENN says those follow-ups are required. You can add testosterone therapy or NAD+ (offered as injections, pills or a nasal spray) to the same account.
RENN says it serves all 50 states, though specific services may vary with provider licensing in your state. Support runs by phone and email, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and there's a client portal for your records.
What RENN doesn't publish
There are no refund, cancellation or auto-renewal terms on RENN's site. Its terms of use cover the website only, and they give two different governing-law statements: one points to U.S. law generally, the other to California.
