OnlyRx's starting prices
OnlyRx sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide in two forms, a weekly injection and a daily orally disintegrating tablet (ODT) that dissolves in your mouth. Each has a "starting at" price:

Those are starting figures. OnlyRx doesn't publish a dose-by-dose price list, so ask what you'll pay once your dose goes up. It says the price includes the consultation, the prescription process and shipping, with no membership or hidden fees. You don't need insurance, HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and buy-now-pay-later financing is offered.

Who prescribes
OnlyRx is a technology platform, not a medical practice or a pharmacy. It doesn't employ the providers. Prescribing runs through Lion MD, a national medical group led by Dr. Ana Lisa Carr and Dr. Kelly Tenbrink, both listed with their NPI numbers. Two supporting physicians, Dr. HirenKimar Italia and Dr. David Mansour, are named the same way.
You start with a short intake. A licensed clinician reviews it and writes a prescription if it's appropriate. OnlyRx says the whole process, from intake to medication at your door, usually takes about two to three weeks. Plan around that if you're switching from another provider and don't want a gap. Questions go to its help email.
Pharmacies and shipping
OnlyRx lists four partner pharmacies on its site, including Strive Pharmacy, Casa Pharma and Epiq Scripts, with phone numbers for each. It doesn't say which one fills a given order, so ask before your first shipment if that matters to you.
Medication ships free in discreet packaging. Treatment depends on a provider licensed in your state, so confirm yours is covered during the intake.
Refunds
The refund terms are short. Once you've had a medical consultation, the consult fee isn't refundable. Prescription products can't be returned, and all sales are final.
OnlyRx doesn't publish how renewals work or how far ahead you need to cancel. Ask both before you pay, and get the price of your exact dose in writing.
