Memberships renew every 28 days, so a year has 13 charges rather than 12. At $212, a year of semaglutide comes to about $2,656 after the discounted first month. Labs come first
Enhance MD requires bloodwork before it prescribes. After the intake, you book a draw at a Quest Diagnostics location. The panel covers a comprehensive metabolic panel, lipids, thyroid (TSH) and HbA1c. Results usually post to your account within one to two business days. Then you schedule a video visit with a provider to go over them.
Labs repeat every six months while you're enrolled, at no extra cost. That makes the start slower than an intake-only service, so plan for a few extra days before your first shipment.
Who prescribes and who fills it
Enhance MD itself is a management company. The physicians and nurse practitioners work for two medical groups, Enhance Wellness PC and iThriveMD PC. Its site names Dr. Erik Stark as medical director.
Prescriptions go to one of three pharmacies Enhance MD works with, Tru Meds Rx, Strive Pharmacy or Pharmacy Hub, which ship to a physical address. You can also send the prescription to a pharmacy of your choice, but then that pharmacy bills you for the drug at its own price.
Where it's available, and canceling
Enhance MD currently serves 40 states and D.C. It isn't available in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, South Carolina or Tennessee.
You can pause or cancel at any time by emailing or calling support. If a provider finds you ineligible during onboarding, you get a full refund of your first payment. Prescription products can't be returned once shipped.
