Henry Meds Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Henry Meds sells weight care as one bill. Your plan price covers provider visits, the medication, injection supplies, shipping and ongoing messaging with your provider. There's no separate membership, and no insurance is involved.

You can pay monthly, or buy a 6- or 12-month plan as a single payment. The longer plans cost less per month, and the discount is bigger again if you pay the whole term in full. Henry publishes every plan price on its programs page, so read the figure for your exact medication and plan length there before you start. The amounts move with the medication and its form, and the "starts at" price on the weight-loss page is for the least expensive option, not every one.

Henry is a compounded-medication service. Its weight-management programs include:

• Daily compounded liraglutide injections
• Weekly or every-other-week compounded semaglutide injections
• Sublingual semaglutide, as drops or orally dissolving tablets
• Orally dissolving tirzepatide tablets, sold as a 3-month supply
• Phentermine, as a separate non-GLP-1 option

Injections come with needles, syringes and alcohol swabs. Refills arrive as multi-week supplies rather than a box every month. You need to be between 18 and 70 to be considered for GLP-1 treatment.

The medical form takes about five minutes. After that you either book a video visit with a provider or, in some states, choose a provider review without a call. Messaging runs through a patient portal.

Most people get their first shipment 8 to 10 business days after the provider visit. Henry warns that California orders can take longer because of extra testing required on compounded medication there.

You can cancel from your account, by email, or by phone at (909) 787-2342. Monthly plans simply stop. Multi-month plans are different. Henry says you may have to pay the rest of the balance. The exception is a provider deciding you have to stop for medical reasons, and then a prorated refund of the unused months is possible.

Read the refund policy closely. Dispensed prescriptions are final sale. Each provider evaluation that ends in a prescription carries a $30 consultation fee, and it isn't refundable once the prescription is written. Henry can also take a processing fee out of any refund it does issue. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, apart from billing errors and those medical exceptions.
