Unique Physique is a weight-loss clinic in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, that also treats patients by telehealth. It sells two GLP-1 programs, each a one-month supply with no contract:

The pricing page doesn't say which drug is in which program. It describes them only by dose range, so ask at your consult whether you'd be on semaglutide or tirzepatide, and when you'd move from Essential to Premium as your dose rises.
Refills renew automatically, and Unique Physique doesn't send a notice before each charge. Call the office to find out your billing date. The clinic also sells lipotropic and NAD+ injections, and you can request HSA or FSA paperwork through your account.

Shipping, or picking up in Baton Rouge
Patients in the Baton Rouge metro area must pick up medication at the office. If you're local and want it shipped, there's a $50 shipping charge. Unique Physique sends orders to the pharmacy within 24 hours of payment, except Friday and Saturday orders, which go in the next Monday. It doesn't name the pharmacy.
Medication left unclaimed for 60 days is discarded and not refunded. The clinic notes that its vials can arrive warm. It says the formulation is stable for up to 56 days at temperatures up to 86 degrees and doesn't need refrigeration until the vial is punctured.
Who provides the care
Care is overseen by medical director Dr. Reena John, a DO. Consultations are done by clinicians licensed in your state. Unique Physique serves every state except Alaska, California, Kansas and Wisconsin. If you're switching from another clinic, you may need to show your most recent prescription and dose before an order is processed. The clinic doesn't accept a verbal account of your dose.
Canceling, and the 8-hour rule
You're not in a contract, and you cancel by calling the office. Inspect every delivery the moment it arrives. Damaged or missing medication has to be reported within 8 hours of receipt, with photos of the vials and packaging, or the clinic won't replace it. If a carrier loses or damages a package, nothing is reshipped until the carrier resolves the claim. Unique Physique also won't provide interim medication if a pharmacy delay or a declined card leaves you short.
