On semaglutide the price falls steadily the longer you commit. Tirzepatide doesn't follow that pattern. The six-month bundle is the lowest monthly price, and the twelve-month bundle, which carries the site's best-deal badge, costs more per month than both the three- and six-month options. If you want tirzepatide on a long plan, six months is the one to compare.

What's included
The program is built around three promises across the top of the site: no hidden fees, no monthly membership, cancel anytime. The bundle price covers the medication and your provider's care, and the intake is fully online with no in-person visit.
The same account offers NAD+ and sermorelin from $129 a month, plus ED medication and newer peptide products like GHK-Cu and glutathione. That suits someone who already shops the brand for training and recovery and wants a weight-loss prescription in the same place.
Who prescribes and who fills it
Prescribing is handled by Lion MD, a nationwide medical group led by Dr. Ana Lisa Carr and Dr. Kelly Tenbrink, both named with their NPI numbers. Dynamo Group LLC in Boca Raton, Florida runs the platform.
The pharmacy side is vaguer. The site says only that it partners with "premier pharmacies" and doesn't name them. You can ask your provider to send the prescription to a licensed pharmacy you choose instead. It doesn't publish a state-by-state list either, and it says some services vary by state, so confirm yours during the assessment.
Canceling and refunds
Plans can be changed or canceled at any time by contacting support. Refunds are narrower. The terms say medical consultation fees aren't refundable once you've had the consultation, and prescription products are final sale.
That makes the bundle choice the real commitment. A twelve-month semaglutide bundle saves the most per month, but ask how a bundle is billed and what you'd get back if you stop partway before you choose it.
