FitFlow Review: Price, Pros & Cons

FitFlow sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as weekly injections, each at one price for every dose. The "from" figures in its ads are the twelve-month rates, paid up front or through a buy-now, pay-later service. Shorter terms cost more per month:

So $99 a month for semaglutide means paying $1,188 at once. If you want to try the drug for a month first, the month-to-month price is the one to plan around.

FitFlow says there's no membership fee and no hidden fees. Each plan includes the medication, the provider consultation, free shipping and access to the clinical team. It doesn't take insurance, but FSA and HSA cards may work, and Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay are offered at checkout.

The online questionnaire takes five to ten minutes and covers your health history, current medications and goals. FitFlow's treatment is meant for adults with a BMI of 30 or more, or 27 or more with a weight-related condition.

Providers from Wasef Health, an independent medical group, review it within 24 to 48 hours and decide whether to prescribe. You can message your care team after that, with regular check-ins and dose changes as you go. FitFlow is a platform, not a pharmacy. Licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies prepare the medication, but FitFlow doesn't name them, so ask which one will fill yours.

Once approved, medication usually ships within one to three business days and arrives in five to seven, with free shipping. FitFlow lists all 50 states as served, though it notes that some treatments vary by state. The same account sells sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione and other add-ons.

There's no long-term contract on the monthly plan. To end a subscription, you contact FitFlow, and the plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are given for unused time, which matters most on a twelve-month plan paid in one go.

Refunds are narrow. You get a full refund if a provider finds you medically ineligible, or if you cancel after your consultation but before the order goes to the pharmacy. Once it's been sent there, the order can't be canceled or refunded, and shipped medication can't be returned. Report a damaged package within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo.

One line is worth asking about. FitFlow's product pages say unused medication can be returned within 30 days for a prorated refund, while its refund policy rules out returns and prorated refunds. Ask support which applies to you before you choose a long plan.
