How EverSlim prices its plans
EverSlim sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, each as a weekly injection at a flat monthly price. Tirzepatide costs more than semaglutide. EverSlim says that one price covers your provider visit, the prescription and delivery, with no insurance needed.
It advertises "no monthly membership," but its cancellation policy describes the plan as a subscription that renews each billing cycle. Treat it as a recurring monthly charge. EverSlim doesn't publish prices dose by dose, and checkout sits behind a sign-in, so confirm what a higher dose costs before you commit.

Who prescribes and who fills it
Prescriptions come from DrTelx, an independent telehealth medical group, and EverSlim's disclosures also name a group of professional corporations it works with. A licensed clinician reviews your intake, usually within 24 hours. EverSlim names three pharmacies: EPIQ Scripts, Foothills Pharmacy and Emerald Compounding Pharmacy.
In 44 states, care is handled through the online questionnaire. In Washington, DC, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island and West Virginia, you need a live video consultation with a provider before treatment. You can message your care team through the portal between visits.
Shipping: check the cart
EverSlim's homepage promises free shipping and delivery in two to four days. Its shipping policy is less generous: orders are processed in two to three business days, average shipping takes four to twelve business days, and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout. Look at the cart total before you pay, and plan around the longer window for your first box.
Canceling and refunds
You can cancel at any time by email or through the patient portal. The request has to arrive at least 72 hours before your next billing date, or the plan renews for another cycle.
Refunds are narrow:
- If a provider finds you medically ineligible during your first review, you get a full refund.
- If you're found ineligible later, any refund is limited to the unused part of your latest billing cycle.
- Otherwise, canceling doesn't earn a refund. Changing your mind, missing appointments or not reaching your goal don't qualify.
Medication can't be returned once it ships. If it arrives damaged or wrong, contact support before using it, and send photos.
