ReadyRx Review: Price, Pros & Cons

ReadyRx sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide injections, each at one price for all doses. You pick monthly or quarterly billing, and each plan has a lower first month followed by a standing rate.

The current one-month plan renews at $249 for semaglutide and $315 for tirzepatide, after $229/$295 introductory charges with the public offer. The lower semaglutide headline of $179 is the first-month calculation for the quarterly plan, which renews at a $199 monthly equivalent. Confirm the full quarterly charge before choosing it.

How the pieces fit:

• The headline "from" price is a first month. From month two you pay the standing rate, which ReadyRx shows right under it.
• Quarterly costs less per month than monthly billing, for both drugs.
• Tirzepatide costs more than semaglutide on every plan.
• A promo code at the top of the site takes a little more off. Ask whether it applies once or to every renewal.

The price doesn't change as your dose goes up. ReadyRx says there's no membership and no hidden fees, and that every plan includes free shipping, unlimited messaging with a physician, a personalized protocol, meal plans and coaching. It doesn't take insurance. Medicare and Medicaid don't cover it.

Everything is online. You choose a treatment, complete an intake, and a provider from one of the medical groups ReadyRx works with reviews it and decides whether to prescribe. ReadyRx says its medication is high-potency and tested by a third-party lab for potency, meaning the vial holds the right amount of the active ingredient. It doesn't name the pharmacy that fills it.

GLP-1s are one part of a broader menu. ReadyRx also sells sermorelin (injections and dissolving tablets), NAD+ injections and nasal spray, glutathione, MIC+B12 and metformin.

Plans renew on their own until you cancel. To cancel, email ReadyRx support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and the terms set a deadline: at least four business days before the renewal date. The terms also say:

• Your first renewal can be charged early, and later shipments up to three days early.
• There are no refunds for partly used periods, though ReadyRx may refund case by case.
• You may be offered a pause. If you don't cancel before it ends, billing restarts automatically.
• If a drug becomes unavailable during a prepaid period, ReadyRx offers an alternative or a prorated refund.

• Write down the month-two price. It's the one you'll keep paying.
• Count four business days back from your renewal date and put it on your calendar.
• Ask which pharmacy compounds your medication.
• Confirm your state. ReadyRx doesn't publish a state list.
