How 50 Stars Health prices its GLP-1 plans
50 Stars Health sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide at one price for every dose. What changes the price is how long a plan you pick.
| Plan | Semaglutide | Tirzepatide |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $146/mo | $220/mo |
| 3-month plan | $133/mo | $201/mo |
| 6-month plan | $124/mo | $183/mo |
The "starting at" figures you'll see first are the 6-month rates. Month to month, semaglutide is $146 and tirzepatide is $220.
The price covers the provider consultation, follow-up visits, ongoing support, supplies and shipping. 50 Stars Health says there are no hidden fees and no price hikes as your dose changes. You don't need insurance or a referral.
Considering 50 Stars Health?
Check the plan total, billing period and cancellation terms before you enroll. A clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate.
What you get, and the doses
You start with a short online intake about your health history and goals. A U.S.-licensed provider reviews it and decides whether treatment is right for you, and there's no charge unless you're approved. If you are, the medication ships free, usually within three to five business days, in temperature-controlled packaging.
Semaglutide comes in 0.2 mg to 1.2 mg doses and is compounded with vitamin B12. Tirzepatide comes in 2 mg to 14 mg doses. You don't pick the dose; your provider does. The doctor may also add anti-nausea or constipation medicine to your first shipment and reassess at your 3-month follow-up. Messaging with the care team through your portal is unlimited.
50 Stars Health doesn't name the pharmacies that fill its prescriptions. It says they're state-licensed and that each batch is tested by outside labs for potency, sterility and endotoxins.
Where it's available
GLP-1s aren't offered everywhere. 50 Stars Health lists 44 states plus Puerto Rico. It doesn't serve Alabama, Arkansas, California, Indiana, South Carolina or West Virginia.
Renewals, canceling and refunds
Every plan renews automatically, and you're charged one day before each billing cycle starts. To stop a renewal, cancel at least two days before your next billing date. You can do that from your patient portal. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and your medication keeps shipping until then.
Refunds aren't typically offered. 50 Stars Health may give a partial refund for any part of a plan that hasn't been dispensed, at its discretion. Medication can't be returned once it ships, even unopened. If something arrives damaged, you have 48 hours to send photos of the packaging, vial and lot number for a replacement.
