Raeliva's prices by plan
Raeliva sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections or once-daily tablets that dissolve under your tongue. The price is the same at every dose. It moves only if you switch plans, or for a single order when you use a promo code.
| Medication | Monthly | 3-month plan | 6-month plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Semaglutide injection | $219/mo | $167/mo ($500) | $150/mo ($900) |
| Tirzepatide injection | $299/mo | $267/mo ($800) | $242/mo ($1,450) |
| Semaglutide tablets | $260/mo | $183/mo ($550) | $167/mo ($1,000) |
| Tirzepatide tablets | $359/mo | $283/mo ($850) | $267/mo ($1,600) |
The multi-month plans are billed up front as one charge. The monthly figure is just what that charge works out to per month. You can start month to month and move to a longer plan whenever you like. There's no membership fee, and FSA and HSA cards work.
Considering Raeliva?
Check the plan total, billing period and cancellation terms before you enroll. A clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate.
How you get a prescription
You complete an online health assessment. A licensed provider reviews it and may text or email you with questions. If treatment isn't right for you, there's nothing to pay. If you're already on semaglutide or tirzepatide elsewhere, tell Raeliva your current dose and how long you've been on it. A provider may continue you at that dose rather than restarting at the lowest one, but that's a clinical decision, not a promise.
Your prescription goes to one of six independently licensed pharmacies, which Raeliva names in its FAQ. The one filling yours depends on your prescription and where you live, and its name is on your shipment. Injections ship refrigerated and tablets ship at room temperature. Orders usually arrive three to five days after a provider approves you. Raeliva ships to all 50 states, but not abroad.
Canceling and refunds
There's no contract and no cancellation fee. To cancel, email support or message your care team, and you'll get a written confirmation. No further charges happen once it's confirmed.
You get a full refund if you cancel before your order is processed or shipped, if you're charged twice, if an order is lost because of a verified shipping or pharmacy error, or if the provider decides treatment can't go ahead. Medication can't be refunded once it's dispensed. On a 3- or 6-month plan, the medication comes in two shipments rather than all at once.
