The "from $75" and "from $124" on the homepage are the three-month rates. Because billing runs every 28 days, a year on the monthly plan is 13 charges, not 12.
The price includes the medication, injection supplies, one-to-one provider guidance and shipping. There's no membership fee. Mondae says the price doesn't rise as your dose goes up and stays the same for as long as your membership remains active.

How you get started
You fill in a health questionnaire, and a state-licensed U.S. clinician reviews it through Mondae's patient portal. Mondae says you won't be charged until a physician approves treatment. It doesn't name the clinicians or the pharmacy that fills its GLP-1 prescriptions, only that a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy dispenses them. Ask support if you want to know who makes yours.
Once you're approved and the pharmacy prepares the order, medication usually ships within five to seven days by two-day air. Packaging is plain and unmarked. Mondae delivers to all 50 states, but not to P.O. boxes or military APO and FPO addresses.
Canceling and refunds
Read the refund policy before you prepay. An order can be canceled only before the pharmacy dispenses or ships it, by emailing support right away. If that works, you get a full refund within five to seven business days. After shipping, the order is final.
The policy also says telehealth consultation fees are non-refundable, even if no medication is prescribed. Mondae's marketing says there's no consultation fee, so ask support what you'd be charged if you aren't approved.
If medication arrives damaged, email within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Mondae sends a replacement and refunds only if it can't replace it. Other refund requests are reviewed case by case and aren't guaranteed.
