Trillium Meds Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Trillium doesn't set one price for everyone. You pick the medication, then pick a compounding pharmacy from a short list, and each pharmacy's plans are shown with an exact total before you start. There's no membership fee on top, and services are self-pay only.

For compounded semaglutide, a one-month plan is $159, and that's one vial at any dose. A three-month plan with three vials at any dose is $357 paid up front. People new to GLP-1s can also choose a three-month starter plan, which covers the first three starter doses and costs less than the regular three-month plan.

Tirzepatide one-month plans are $199 at several pharmacies. Three-month any-dose plans are $499 through Hyalo, Nova and Hallandale; Drug Crafters lists $349 for three months, or $299 for a starter plan. Other pharmacy offers differ. Check the total for the pharmacy you pick before you pay. HSA and FSA cards work, and Klarna and Affirm are offered if you'd rather split a three-month plan into installments.

The pharmacies are named, and each card lists the formulations it makes. Hyalo lists NewLife Pharmacy as its fulfillment pharmacy, and Nova Specialty lists White Label Pharmacy. Hallandale, Drug Crafters, Southend and OptioRx also have active offers. Formulations vary, including additive-free, glycine, B12 and B3 options. Cards also show shipping restrictions, carriers where available, and marketing claims about beyond-use dates. Follow the dates and storage instructions on your own dispensed vial rather than assuming every vial lasts as long as the longest advertised period. Trillium notes that pharmacy choice depends on availability and can be changed by the provider or the pharmacy, so the one you pick isn't guaranteed.

Trillium is a platform, not a medical practice. Prescriptions come from independent providers with Wasef Health, which Trillium says are licensed in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. You complete an online health intake, a provider reviews it, and if they prescribe, the order goes to your chosen pharmacy.

Shipping is handled by the pharmacy, not Trillium. A banner on its site asks customers to allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery, since pharmacies are closed on weekends. The patient portal holds provider chat, dose tracking and shipment details.

If a provider decides you aren't eligible and nothing has been sent to a pharmacy, you get a full refund. That's the only clean exit. Once a prescription is issued or transmitted, every charge is final, including medication, shipping and any consultation or platform fees, even if the pharmacy hasn't shipped yet.

There's a short window to cancel or fix intake answers before the order goes out. Trillium says text is the fastest way to reach it for that, and email may arrive too late. You can pause refills, but changing future refills won't stop an order that's already processing.
