Who prescribes and who fills it
Prescribing runs through Arora Health, a 50-state physician group. Trimi names two of its providers, Dr. Sean Arora and Dr. Shannon Arora, with profiles on its site. Two state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies, BelieveRx and GreenwichRx, prepare the medication. A 503A pharmacy compounds each order for one named patient.
Trimi serves all 50 states and D.C. at the same price. It displays a LegitScript certification you can look up. The care team is reachable around the clock by message and promises a reply within an hour. Phone support runs weekdays, Eastern time.
Refunds, canceling and the money-back promise
You pay at checkout, before a provider reviews your intake. If the provider decides treatment isn't right for you, every charge on the order is refunded. You can also cancel for a full refund any time before a prescription is written.
Once the prescription is signed, the order is final, even if it hasn't shipped. To end a plan, message the care team. Your current cycle finishes and you aren't charged again, but Trimi doesn't pro-rate. Leaving a discounted six- or twelve-month plan early is handled case by case.
Trimi also offers a money-back promise: complete six continuous months as prescribed, log your starting and six-month weight in the portal, and if you've lost nothing, it refunds the plan fees for those months. Pausing or skipping doses voids it.
Before you pick a plan
Budget for the monthly price unless you're ready to prepay. The annual plan saves the most, but it's $1,188 or $1,500 up front, and early exits aren't guaranteed a refund. The quarterly plan is a middle ground with a smaller commitment. Report a damaged or missing package within 24 hours of delivery.
