Blue Haven Rx advertises compounded semaglutide at $149 a month and compounded tirzepatide at $179 a month, the same at every dose. That price is meant to cover the doctor consultation, the prescription, four weeks of medication and shipping, with no extra fees.

Read the small print before you rely on those numbers. The homepage ties the $149 to a three-month start, and Blue Haven's own FAQ quotes $179 monthly for semaglutide and $259 for tirzepatide. We use those higher FAQ figures when comparing standing monthly costs, while the lower homepage figures need confirmation. Its terms explain why the figures can differ: it sells monthly, three-month, six-month and twelve-month terms, and each term is billed in full at the start. A three-month term is one upfront charge, not three monthly ones. Confirm the total and the term length at checkout.

You take a five-minute assessment, and a U.S. medical doctor reviews it, usually within 12 hours, according to Blue Haven. When you enroll, your card is pre-authorized for the full term. That's a hold, not a charge. If the doctor prescribes, the hold is captured. If not, it's released.

The doctors aren't Blue Haven's own. The company, Eternum Health LLC of New Jersey, connects you to Wasef Health and Beluga Health, which are physician groups. After you start, you get unlimited messaging with your assigned provider, and phone support runs seven days a week. Blue Haven says the medication is made in 503A facilities and shipped from a partner pharmacy, which it doesn't name. Its terms say service is available in all 50 states and Washington, DC. It's cash pay only.

A monthly plan ships a four-week supply. A three-month plan ships twelve weeks at once. Six- and twelve-month plans ship twelve-week supplies on a recurring schedule over the term. Standard shipping is included, and expedited shipping means two business days once the carrier has the box, though that isn't guaranteed.

Every term renews automatically, and the renewal charge can come up to ten days before your current term ends. To stop it, cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You can do that in the member portal, by email or by phone. Cancel later than that and you'll pay for one more term.

Once a term is charged, it isn't refundable, even if you stop partway, though you keep the service until the paid term ends. Blue Haven used to offer a weight loss guarantee, but it ended on April 13, 2026, for new members.
