Contour Health doesn't sell a subscription. You pay for compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide by the vial, and the consult, dosing plan, check-ins and supplies are included at no extra charge. There's no membership fee and no automatic refill, so there's nothing to cancel.
Contour quotes its prices as a weekly starting figure, with tirzepatide priced higher than semaglutide. The price depends on your dose, so it rises as your provider titrates you up. Vials can last six to fourteen weeks depending on your dose. Its calculator prices a starting-dose semaglutide vial at $250 for ten weeks and a tirzepatide vial at $500 for ten weeks. The semaglutide cards quote a higher weekly starting rate than the calculator, so confirm the vial size, dose and final price with your provider.
The first consult is free, and you don't need to enter payment details to find out whether you qualify. Contour says it confirms the exact price before you pay anything.

A provider you keep
Contour describes itself as fully provider-owned. Your first visit is a Zoom video call with a licensed provider in your state. After that you stay with the same provider, and most care happens by secure message. Providers check in at least every two weeks by text, usually answer within about 24 hours on weekdays, and take weekends off. You can ask for a video follow-up any time.
Dosing starts low for the first month and moves up in small steps only when your body is ready. There's no required BMI to start. Your provider assesses each case individually.
Who fills it and where it ships
Prescriptions are compounded and filled by Strive Pharmacy, a 503A pharmacy that prepares each order for a named patient. Medication ships straight to your home, usually in three to five business days, with the injection supplies.
When you have about two weeks of medication left, you message your provider. Together you choose the next vial size based on your dose, then payment is taken and the refill is ordered. Contour also offers NAD+, sermorelin and hair-loss treatments.
Refunds and things to check
Contour's terms are short on this point: every product bought through it is non-refundable. Because you pay per vial rather than per month, the most you're committed to at any time is the vial you order.
