How Medsol RX prices treatment
Medsol RX is an online weight-loss and wellness clinic that sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, an oral semaglutide option and a microdose program. It doesn't post a single price per drug. Its product pages give a cost range that depends on your dose, the pharmacy that fills it and the plan you choose, and they ask you to contact the team for a personalized quote. Tirzepatide's range sits higher than semaglutide's.
Plans are sold as subscriptions billed either monthly or two or more months at a time. Longer prepaid plans bring the monthly rate down. Get the month-to-month price and the prepaid price, in writing, before you choose one. Medsol says its plans are HSA and FSA eligible, and the homepage advertises a $30 discount with free coaching.

What the subscription includes
Medsol says each plan includes access to its healthcare providers, medication when it's appropriate, and online support. Its program pages add personalized care coaching on nutrition, exercise and lifestyle. The consultation is free.
You start with an online GLP-1 assessment that checks initial eligibility. Prescribing decisions are made by OpenLoop's licensed U.S. clinicians after a telehealth consultation and a review of your medical history. Medsol advertises same-day approvals. Medication ships from licensed U.S. pharmacies, within a few business days. Medsol doesn't name the pharmacies.
The same account sells NAD+, sermorelin, B12, glutathione, L-carnitine, Lipo-C and methylene blue.
Canceling, and when you get money back
You can cancel at any time by email, by phone or through your patient portal. The request must arrive at least 72 hours before your next billing date. Miss that window and you're charged for one more cycle, with the cancellation starting after it.
Refunds depend on how you pay:
- You're disqualified by the provider: full refund.
- You cancel within 72 hours of signing up and haven't received any services: full refund.
- Monthly billing: no refund for the month you cancel in, or any earlier month.
- Billed two or more months at a time: you get back the months for which no medication shipped.
Prescription medication can't be returned. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced by the pharmacy.
Before you sign up
- Get a real quote. The ranges on the site are wide, so ask for the price at your starting dose and at your likely maintenance dose.
- Ask who fills it. No pharmacy is named.
- Confirm your state. Medsol says it serves patients nationwide but doesn't publish a state list.
- Note your billing date. You need to cancel three days ahead.
