How ElleS prices its weight-loss plans
ElleS advertises weight-loss care from $179. That figure belongs to its microdose semaglutide plans, the lower-dose option, sold one month at a time. Standard compounded injections are listed at $269 for one month of semaglutide or $359 for tirzepatide. Longer-plan products have separate total prices; confirm your selected plan's full charge rather than assuming the category card is a twelve-month rate. Those injections come on 1-, 3-, 6- and 12-month plans, and the monthly price is higher on the shorter plans. Ask for your plan's full charge before you check out.
ElleS calls its policy Guaranteed Pricing: your cost stays the same as your dose changes. The plan includes a free consultation, custom dosing, the medication and free tracked delivery. ElleS's homepage says no subscription, so ask how billing works once your first plan ends.

ElleS lists eight weight-loss products:
- Semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, once a week, on plans up to 12 months.

- Microdose semaglutide and tirzepatide, each as an injection or as a tablet that dissolves in your mouth, sold month to month.
In every form, tirzepatide costs more than semaglutide. If you'd rather avoid needles, the capsules and dissolving tablets are the options to ask about.
How it works and who's behind it
You take a free two-minute assessment, and a licensed clinician reviews it. ElleS says many patients are approved without a call; if a visit is needed, it schedules a short telehealth appointment. If you're prescribed, the medication ships to your door, and your clinician tracks your progress and adjusts the dose over time. ElleS also offers help switching for people already on a GLP-1.
The company is ElleS Care LLC. It says it was founded by a physician who wanted a more realistic approach to care for women, and it also offers hair loss, longevity, testosterone, hormone and sexual health treatment. Payments are processed by a related company, CareValidate Inc. The prescribers are independent clinicians. ElleS doesn't name them, a medical director, its pharmacies or the states it serves.
