How CeliaRx sells its GLP-1s
CeliaRx works like a shop rather than a monthly program. You buy a vial or a pack of tablets at a set price, and there's no subscription. Its weight and metabolism menu includes:

A smaller tirzepatide vial and a lower-strength tirzepatide tablet are also sold, for less. The injectables come with supplies, and CeliaRx says the price covers your prescription, shipping and product support.
Because these are one-time purchases, the monthly cost depends on how long a vial lasts at your dose. CeliaRx's product pages put the semaglutide vial at about two months and the large tirzepatide vial at about four months, depending on how fast your dose is raised. The tablet pages don't say how many tablets are in a pack or how long it lasts, so ask before you buy. CeliaRx also sells metformin tablets for $149.

The dissolving tablets
The tablets are taken once a day, dissolved under the tongue in the morning. The directions say not to eat for 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after. They're the needle-free option. Ask the provider how a tablet dose compares with the injection before you choose.
Ordering and approval
You browse the shop, fill in a short eligibility form and quiz, and pay. Then you complete a brief telehealth video visit with a provider licensed in your state, who decides whether to approve the prescription. If you're not approved, the order is canceled and fully refunded. CeliaRx is clear that this intake is a screening, not a full doctor's visit.
If you want help choosing first, you can book an optional 15-minute consultation with a CeliaRx nurse for $55. The $55 comes back as a credit toward your first order.
Who fills it, and where it ships
Every product is compounded and dispensed by Partell Pharmacy, a 503A compounding pharmacy that makes each prescription for a named patient. CeliaRx says it can't ship compounded products to Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee, North Carolina or Virginia, and its telehealth network doesn't cover Mississippi.
All prescription sales are final. Once a prescription has been dispensed or shipped, there are no returns, exchanges or refunds.
