SkyRx Review: Price, Pros & Cons

SkyRx advertises compounded semaglutide "starting at $199/mo." Its own fine print explains the condition: that rate is for a 12-month subscription paid up front, in full. SkyRx doesn't publish a month-to-month price, so ask for it before you decide.

SkyRx says its price is one monthly figure that covers the medication, supplies, the doctor visit and shipping. Semaglutide comes as a weekly injection or as oral drops you take under your tongue, both at the same headline price. Tirzepatide injections and drops are listed as coming soon.

SkyRx offers a money-back guarantee, and its terms are specific. If you don't lose at least 10% of the starting weight you reported in your intake after your first 16 weeks of receiving and properly dosing the medication, you can ask for a refund of your first four months of medication costs.

You have to email a request and submit a verification, and SkyRx makes the final decision at its own discretion. Approved refunds are paid within 30 days and don't include other costs.

You take a short eligibility quiz, and a licensed provider in your state reviews it. Once approved, a U.S.-based compounding pharmacy ships the medication. SkyRx says its pharmacies are 503B facilities registered with the FDA, but it doesn't name them. GLP-1s aren't available in every state, and SkyRx doesn't list which ones it covers.

SkyRx says there are no contracts and you can cancel a shipment anytime by email or from your patient account. Its terms describe subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel, and note that the first renewal may come earlier than scheduled. Returns aren't accepted, and all sales are final. Check how canceling works on a 12-month plan you've already paid for before you buy one.
