How LunaRx prices its programs
LunaRx sells GLP-1 treatment as three bundled "stacks," each pairing a compounded GLP-1 with peptides marketed for muscle support. That is how LunaRx describes the bundles, not proof that the added peptides prevent muscle loss:
- Foundation Performance Protocol: compounded semaglutide injections, a monthly physician check-in by message, and dose changes as needed.
- Premier Longevity Protocol: compounded tirzepatide injections, a monthly physician consult by message or live visit, and priority support.
- Elite Transformation Blueprint: a six-month tirzepatide program. Months one to four are full strength, and months five and six taper the dose with added peptide and B12 support and a written exit plan.
LunaRx advertises flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees, but it doesn't show a price for each tier before you start. Its homepage says pricing is confirmed after your provider's review, and the starting figures in its banners don't say which tier they belong to. Ask for the monthly price of the tier you want, in writing, before you pay. You don't need insurance, and you're charged nothing if you aren't approved.

How billing works
LunaRx's terms show you one bundled price that covers the pharmacy's fee for the drug, the medical group's fee for the provider, and LunaRx's platform fee. Subscriptions are charged right away and then every 30 days until you cancel. You get an email five to seven days before each charge.
Who prescribes and who fills it
LunaRx is a technology platform founded by Anamaria Galvan, a registered nurse who says she has eight years of clinical experience and ten in pharmacy. Prescribing is done by independent U.S.-licensed physicians, and the medication is made by partner compounding pharmacies that LunaRx doesn't name. Intake, care and messaging are available in English and Spanish.
LunaRx says it serves all 50 states. You must be 18 or older and physically in the same state as your shipping address when you consult. Medication ships in discreet, tracked packaging.
Canceling and refunds
Check the notice period before you sign up, because LunaRx gives two. Its product FAQ says memberships can be canceled with 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Its terms say you can cancel up to 48 hours before the monthly processing date by turning off auto-refill in your portal. Plan on the longer one to be safe.
Consultations, visits and filled prescriptions aren't refunded once services begin or medication is processed.
Worth knowing
