Immortals Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Immortals is the longevity company founded by Bryan Johnson, and its medicine arm, Immortals Medicine, prescribes compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as weekly injections. Each comes in a personalized dose or a lower-dose microdose version, and both are mixed with glycine and vitamin B12.

The prices are shown per month, but you don't pay monthly. Every GLP-1 plan is billed quarterly, with a three-month commitment paid up front, so your first charge is three times the monthly figure. Tirzepatide costs more than semaglutide, and the microdose versions cost less than the personalized dose. Standard personalized-dose prices are $196 a month for semaglutide ($588 quarterly) and $255 for tirzepatide ($765 quarterly). A separate optional $365 annual membership offers medication discounts; the displayed $167/$217 member equivalents do not apply without that membership. You pay only after a doctor prescribes treatment. Immortals doesn't take insurance, but HSA and FSA funds are reimbursable.

You answer a guided medical intake covering your history, current medications and goals, which takes a few minutes. A U.S.-licensed, board-certified physician reviews it, usually within 72 hours, and recommends a medication if it's appropriate. Some states require a live audio or video consultation before a prescription can be approved.

Approved medication ships from licensed U.S. pharmacies in discreet packaging, usually within two to five business days, so the whole process takes about three to seven days. After that you can message your doctor any time for up to 12 months, and video consults are available. Immortals doesn't name the pharmacies that compound its GLP-1s or the medical group its physicians work for.

Immortals is a wider longevity platform. Alongside GLP-1s it sells Bryan Johnson's Blueprint supplements, at-home biomarker testing, a concierge service, and prescriptions such as metformin, acarbose, sermorelin, NAD+ and hair and skin treatments. You don't need any of those to get a GLP-1 prescription. Brand-name Wegovy, including tablets, Zepbound KwikPen and Foundayo are also listed as separate treatment options.

Immortals' refund policy is short: it doesn't issue refunds or accept returns for Immortals Medicine. The one opening is an error in filling your prescription, which you should report to support.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel in your account settings, but it has to be at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and canceling only stops future charges. On a quarterly GLP-1 plan, that means you're committed to the full three months you've paid for.
