You start with a free assessment, then come in for a New Patient Visit. That visit covers your medical history, lab work, a body composition analysis and a personalized plan. Most patients then visit weekly during the weight-loss and short-term maintenance phases, and monthly once they move into the wellness phase. Many locations also offer telehealth visits for continuity when you can't come in.

The membership covers the program itself, including weekly visits, nutrition plans and progress tracking, and Medi-Weightloss says its price stays the same across doses. Medication is billed on top. The $99 and $199 figures are first-month prices only, and the ongoing medication price isn't published, so ask your clinic for the month-two figure before you start.
The program isn't contract-based and you don't have to prepay, though some locations sell prepaid loyalty plans. Financing is available, and FSA and HSA funds can be used.
Using insurance
Many locations are in-network with major insurers. Covered services can include the initial consultation, office visits and preventive counseling, and Medi-Weightloss says most insured patients pay between $0 and $50 a visit. If your plan covers brand-name Wegovy, Zepbound or Saxenda, the clinic will help you use that benefit. Repeat lab work, supplements, IV therapy and hormone treatment cost extra.
Who fills compounded prescriptions
Your provider orders compounded medication from a licensed pharmacy for you, so you don't deal with the pharmacy yourself. Ask your local clinic for the name and address of the pharmacy filling your prescription; the central GLP-1 treatment page does not identify a dispensing location.
