Reset Solutions Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Reset Solutions is a local GLP-1 clinic in Shenandoah, Texas, serving The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe and nearby towns. It bills in two parts.

• The program, $99 a month. This covers all medical visits, check-ins and coaching, 3D body composition scans, a metabolic rate test, program content and the progress-tracking app.
• Medication, priced separately. Options start at around $70 a month, so the lowest realistic total is about $169 a month. Your actual medication cost depends on the drug and dose your doctor prescribes.

Reset Solutions doesn't publish a price list by drug or dose. Ask what semaglutide and tirzepatide would cost you at each step of the dose plan before you commit. Once you're well established, you can move to a lower-cost maintenance plan that keeps your care team and switches check-ins and scans to a quarterly schedule. There's no long-term contract, and Reset Solutions says you can cancel any time.

You start with a free consultation, then a telehealth visit with a Reset Solutions doctor to see whether GLP-1 treatment fits. If you're not a medical candidate, Reset Solutions says you'll be fully refunded.

If you're prescribed, there's an in-person kickoff appointment at the clinic. The team shows you how to inject safely, sets goals for movement and eating, explains how your dose may change and how to handle side effects, and records your starting body composition and metabolic rate.

After that, the team checks in regularly, adjusts your dose and answers questions through the app, by message or by phone. The body scans use Styku 3D imaging to track fat and lean muscle. The metabolic test uses PNOE breath analysis to set calorie and protein targets, followed by a consultation about the results. The clinic is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The clinic doesn't name its doctors or the pharmacy that fills compounded prescriptions. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Reset Solutions also screens patients for Medicare's GLP-1 Bridge program, which covers Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo for a flat $50 a month for people who qualify, through December 2027. You generally need Part D drug coverage plus a BMI of 35 or more, or 27 or more with certain conditions such as prediabetes or hard-to-control blood pressure.

The clinic handles the screening, prescription and paperwork, and the medication comes from your regular pharmacy. Its program fee still applies on top, so Reset Solutions puts the all-in total at $149 a month. Completing the screener doesn't guarantee coverage.
