What The Virtual NP charges
The Virtual NP is a small telehealth practice run by Sandra Jordan, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner based in McKinney, Texas. It charges for the care, not the drug. There are two ways to pay:

Either way, the medication is a separate bill. The Virtual NP prescribes brand-name drugs: Wegovy and Zepbound for weight loss, and when clinically appropriate other GLP-1s such as Ozempic, Mounjaro, Rybelsus, Victoza and Trulicity. Your drug cost depends on your insurance and where it's filled. HSA and FSA cards work for the visit fees.
If you're paying cash, the practice points you to the manufacturers' own programs, NovoCare for Wegovy and LillyDirect for Zepbound. If approved, you get a secure link to pay the manufacturer, and the pharmacy ships to your home. If you'd rather use insurance, call your insurer first and ask whether Wegovy or Zepbound is covered. The practice will prescribe the covered drug and help with prior authorization where it can.

How a first visit works

Each month you email a short progress report with your weight, any side effects and your date of birth, then pay for the refill on the website.
